Flat-Out Love - Jessica Park
This book was a delight. It was witty and heart-wrenching, and I loved every minute of it. That being said, it falls under the "glaring plot point" category. I had it all figured out by 25%. Despite knowing exactly what was going to happen, the story was so wonderful. I love to read a good, non-smutty romance where people actually fall "in love" and not just in lust. I almost cried at several points. Julie was a main character that actually wasn't so strong that she came off as a bitch, and that was a total relief. And Matt was my kind of guy, geeky smart and wore nothing but silly t-shirts. Sounds like my husband. LOLI could have done without all the type-o's, but the story was entertaining enough I still give it 5 stars. I don't throw that rating around much, so this book really touched me. I just really encourage authors to get good editors and proof-read, proof-read, proof-read! Geez!
