TIL:
1. T. Rex was a pack hunter, had simple proto-feathers, and was as smart as a chimp.
2. Dinosaurs with full feathers came in a rainbow of colors.
3. A titanosaur vertebrate was the size of a bathtub.
4. The Chicxulub Crater is the second largest crater on the planet. I learned this after finishing the book, while researching the catastrophic asteroid. There is one larger in South Africa, approximately 160km wide and is 2 billion years old.
5. A lot of beliefs I hold as commonsense people actually argued about. Yes, birds are dinosaurs. Yes, an asteroid killed the non-flying dinosaurs.
Also, as a side note, there are religious fruitcakes that don't believe in dinosaurs. They say we just make random rocks look like bones to defy the bible. Oh people. Smh
