Did anyone else read these books as a child? I know I sure did. These books helped me find my own love of reading. All my dad reads is nonfiction, so he was no help for me. And after one or two good books like "Socks" by Beverly Cleary, I stumbled. Until I found "King of the Wind" by this lovely woman Marguerite Henry.
Well, I started looking her up on Amazon and found so many books I hadn't read! So I bought a lot off eBay. And this will be my first to read. I read "Misty" ages ago, and I still remember most of it. I hope these are as amazing as I remember.
