Review
Yikes. Joan Crawford was a horrid woman. This book struck close to home for me, since I come from a broken home and my mom drank heavily for many years. (She's sober now, thank god.) I related to Christina on so many levels. Been there, done that.
This book was un-putdown-able. I want to give it 5 stars, but I don't know how I feel about giving a book about a terrible woman like Joan any more applause than she got in her life. What a spiteful drunk.
